All of our products are crafted from 100% genuine, naturally sourced crystals and semi-precious stones — including amethyst, rose quartz, citrine, labradorite, lapis lazuli, obsidian, and many more. We source our stones ethically from trusted mines and artisan workshops, primarily in India. Each piece is hand-selected for quality, color, and energetic integrity. We do not use synthetic, dyed, or imitation stones.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@yamcrest.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Please note that custom/personalized orders are final sale.

Standard domestic shipping (within the USA) typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. All orders are shipped with tracking — you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@yamcrest.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
